Duties:
- Check the equipment and read the instructions to prepare the staff delivery.

- Prepare a review of the software or hardware and report any upgrades or updates.
- Answer questions from users about using a computer or computer hardware to solve problems.
- Monitor daily performance of computer systems.
- Define rules and check procedures to identify proper use and failures.
- Install and perform minor hardware, software, or hardware maintenance by following the design or installation instructions.
