Scope of Help Desk Support

Technical support / help desk support jobs

Tasks / Scope of obligations:
• providing support to CeNT employees
• care for access and assistance in using equipment in lecture halls
and conference (projectors, sound system, "lecturer's computer")
• providing support in the purchase of typical license software
• providing support in the selection of solutions and the purchase of computer hardware and expansion
• preparation of occasional WiFi networks
• help and participation in tenders for computer equipment (collecting offers, preparing a description
subject of the order, verification and collection of deliveries) - experience in the field of PZP
and OPZ preparation is not required
• providing support in the field of warranty and post-warranty repairs of computer equipment,
cooperation with external companies in the field of repaired and modernization of computer equipment
• assistance in installing, updating and using the software on employees' devices
• performance maintenance, configuration, assistance in using printers, connection printers, faxes,
VoIP phones
